2026 / 2027 LOVELAND PERFORMING ARTS BOOSTERS

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

*** PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ***

NOTE: All members should fill out the 'Single Member Information' section. If you are joining at a Family membership or higher, you may choose to add the information for a 2nd family member (i.e. typically a spouse) in the 'Family Member Information' section.

1) In the Note section, if applicable, please list all music groups that your child(ren) participate in so we can add you to those groups for communication purposes.

2) In the Organization field, please designate ONE group from the following to support:

HS BAND, HS CHOIR, HS DRAMA, MS/HS STRINGS, MS BAND, MS CHOIR, MS DRAMA

50% of your annual membership dues go directly to the funds of your designated group, the other 50% go to the Boosters general fund.

3) PLEASE INDICATE YOUR INTEREST in one or more of our support areas ("ADD TO PACKAGE" at the bottom)

The Performing Arts Boosters have four standing committees with needs for volunteers, and we can always use your help:

SOCIAL / MEMBERSHIP / FUNDRAISING / SOCIAL MEDIA

(*Selecting/adding these does not commit you, it just helps us know your interests so we can engage you as needs arise!)

4) Please ensure that the "Receive Updates From Our Club" button is checked. If not, we will be unable to inform you of upcoming LPAB events.

5) Consider whether your employer (or former employer, if you are a retiree) will match your gift to the Loveland Performing Arts Boosters (**will be listed as Loveland Music Boosters). GE and other companies offer this philanthropic opportunity, and by simply registering your donation on your company's website you may be able to multiply the impact of your donation!
